Maxlim

Maxlim is a 100% hybrid variety particularly well-suited for growing white asparagus in warm climated. Maxlim boasts a high yield very early in the production and maintains attractive spears untill the end of the season. This mid-early variety is ideal for early harvesting. Maxlim offers very high yield potential and good spear thickness. The asparagus has excellent head closure and is less prone to hollow spears. Maxlim is considered to have a good flavour. A planting density of 5-6 plants per meter is recommended.
